Sailor Jerry - Page 11

 

I ran out of Pelikan fount india ink, I bought speedball india ink and it doesn't blend out the same. In all the full black areas it comes out patchy even though there isn't any water on my brush when I'm filling in full black spots. Not super sure how to fix it or what to do to have it blend right. It feels like it starts to dry as soon as it touches the page which sucks for blending.
